The Home Energy Assessment and Retrofit Team (HEART) is a free and innovative service designed to help households across the UK reduce energy bills, stay warm, and improve their overall energy efficiency.
At HEART, our goal is simple: to help you save money while staying warm and comfortable. To do this, we offer free, practical energy-saving advice and solutions through our property assessments that are specifically tailored to your home needs.
Eligibility Confirmation
Our HEART Advisors will confirm your eligibility for a home visit assessment.
This is based on your total household income, benefits received and/or Government pre-defined post code areas.
Assessment Booking
A convenient appointment time is arranged with you for your bespoke property energy assessment.
This will be carried out by one of our professional HEART Energy Assessors and the assessment will take between 1-2hrs to complete.
Assessment RdSAP
The assessment gathers many tiers of information from Insulation levels, Glazing standard, Heating, Ventilation and Lifestyle Habits.
Retrofit Assessment Plan (RAP)
Following the Assessment visit HEART will produce and supply to you a Retrofit Assessment Plan (RAP).
This will facilitate access to funding and available grants in order to install the identified major measures by reputable local companies.
